Kate graduated from kindergarten! We are very proud of Kate. She loved school this year. She really enjoyed her teacher, Mrs. Jensen. She is really starting to read well, and loves it. A night NEVER goes by that we can skip reading before bed. Neither one of us is anxious for first grade, due to the all day schedule. I bet Kate will do better than me. We have both agreed not to talk about it or we both cry. Back to the graduation, they sang songs and got diplomas, and we had juice and donuts. Nanny also came. We went for lunch to Pizza Factory. Good job Kate. Mrs. Jensen gave individual awards to all of the kids, Kate got the award for being "sweet", I have to agree with that.

I am with you on that all day first grade thing. I hate it every time one of my kids starts first grade. It usually takes me a week or two to adjust. Don't ask me why I missed the three boys, but I did!
